Ginny...
Throw a deadly curse at Voldemort
Ginny tries to kill him. "Avada Kedavra!" she screamed, the words tearing from her throat with all the force of her shattered heart.
A bolt of sickly green light, the color of poison and envy, erupted from her wand. For a split second, the office was illuminated in its ghastly glow, and Rose saw the desperate hope on Ginny's face, the tear tracks on her cheeks.
Voldemort didn't even flinch. He moved with a speed that was inhuman, a blur of black robes. He didn't draw his own wand. He simply raised a hand, a gesture of utter dismissal.
"Good little witch but not good enough." he taunts after dodging the killing blow.
The Killing Curse struck the bookshelf behind him and vanished with a sound like a glass shattering. He use a jinx to knock her back. The force of the spell threw Ginny backwards, her small frame slamming against the doorframe with a sickening thud. She crumpled to the floor, her wand skittering away across the stone.
Voldemort glided toward her, a predator savoring the final moments of the hunt. "Such passion," he mused, looking down at the groaning girl. "A waste. All that fire, extinguished for a ghost." He turned his head, his red slits finding Rose's frozen form. "She came here for him. For the guy you were. Show her he is gone. Show her your loyalty, Rose. Kill her. Kill the girl that you used to love.”
"I won't. I can't kill her." Rose shook her head furiously.
Behind Voldemort back Ginny point her wand at Voldemort after crawling to get it. One final shot to kill the greatest dark wizard. To fully save Rose and the wizarding kind.
