Three weeks ago on a solo road trip

The day had finally come a month after graduating college Isabelle was all packed and ready for her road-trip. Sure she’d been on road trips before but this time around was different for this would be the first time that she’d go all by herself. Before she always had to go with one of her parents listening to their rules and going at her pace. But after a lot convincing and promises involving grades she got her parents to let her do this.

Her destination was Florida one of if not the sunniest state in the country. She’d never been due to her strict parents having fear of the state’s stereotypes. Now with the car packed and her route planned she was all set. Giving her final reluctant goodbye hugs she drove off leaving her house in her rear view mirrors.
