Threaten Easy Pete

"Listen up old man," Madeline's tone went dark "you need to know that this little town of yours is in for a real fucking treat if the Powder Gangers show up. It won't matter what kind of explosives you got. When the Gangers roll in here its gonna be bad news. I suggest you just lay real fucking low--or clear out of town if you know whats good for you."

Easy Pete's eyes went narrow as his face flushed with anger.

"You think you can waltz into town and threaten me sweetie?" he laughed "I'm to damn old to be pushed around. What's your play anyway? You with the Gangers?"

Madeline didn't respond.

"I think you'd best get on stranger. Folks will hear about this."

Madeline left the old man alone. He would probably spread word of actions, this wouldn't help much.
