This is a little too intimidating

"Oh, how unfair!" Amber said, sarcasm oozing with every word. "I was simply admiring the new meat."

"Well, this one's off the menu," Lily replied, glaring at Amber, "now fuck off."

"First, let me fuck dear Jack here," Amber purred, before turning to Jack, "then I'll leave."

"Uh, dear Jack is kind of... he'd rather be somewhere else right now," he said slowly, backing away from the two. Amber's eyes widened before she glared at Lily.

"You just had to scare him off, didn't you? Spreading lies about your dear sister again?"

Lily jabbed a finger at Amber's naked chest, smiling sarcastically. "Oh, please, nothing I say can be as bad as the shit you've done."

"The shit I've done? That's rich, coming from a Lady of the Granger!"

Jack turned around and began running along the edge of the pond, trying to avoid the two arguing sisters. The further he ran from them, their violent insults and pointed accusations only got louder. It was when he found a small alcove underneath an outcropping of rock, forming a kind of cave filled with knee deep water, that Jack finally found a good hiding place. He first discarded his shoes and pants before wading in, as he didn't want them to get wet.

The cave itself led deep into a hill, one Jack wasn't willing to explore much further. Instead, he just sat down near the entrance on a rock half in the water, taking deep breaths.

So, in review, he was going to die tomorrow, only for a sexy succubus to whisk him away to this place, the Grange, where he would marry a monster girl and have children with her. Why? Because all male monsters had been exiled for some inane reason. It was nice to know he wasn't the only one here, but he also would have rather met someone else instead of seeing that Alex guy having a foursome with some dryads.

Some people would view this as a dream come true, but not Jack. He'd rather be back home, among people and not here... with all these sexy ladies everywhere...

When something splashed in the water further down the cave, Jack almost jumped out of his skin.

"Who's there?" he cried out, looking into the darkness.

Slowly, a woman emerged from the darkness - the sixth one he'd seen so far who was naked. She had green skin, covered in dark markings along her sides, arms and legs, leaving her face and front a nice, white texture. Her hands were webbed, each finger connected by thin membranes. Instantly, he thought of a toad. By the look on her face, she was just as surprised to see him as he was her.

"Oh," she said softly, "I didn't mean to frighten you. I was just hiding in here from the dragon outside."

"Do you mean Amber?" Jack asked.

"Oh, so you've met her?" The toad sighed. "Yeah, kind of surprised you got away. When Amber sees a good-looking guy, she always takes them first." Then the toad frowned lightly, tilting her head slightly. "Uh, where you brought here by Lily?"

"Yup. She's arguing with Amber outside. That's why I ran in here."

The toad blinked in surprise. "Lily and Amber are arguing again? Oh shit, thank the Mother I'm in here." Then she smiled awkwardly and began approaching Jack, who held up his hand, making her stop. Her confusion was obvious across her face.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

"I'm just... trying to say hi," the toad confessed, blushing slightly.

"Look, I know how it works here, Lily explained everything. Well, almost everything." Jack, remembering watching Lily's ass. That was the first thing he thought of? Damn it...

"So... uh, if you're wondering, I am single..." Jack continued.

"Hold up, okay?" the toad said, holding out her hands. "Just hold up. We don't even know each other's names. Let's get introductions out of the way first before we think of becoming mates."

Jack thought about it for a moment then shrugged. "Okay. I'm Jack. Jack Duncan. And you are?"

The toad girl smiled, and curtsied. "A pleasure to meet you. I am Miss Freya Amonia, of the Green Pond."

"Freya... Lily mentioned a Freya-"

"That's me," Freya said with a smile, "Lily and I go way back."

"Okay. So, tell me a little about yourself." Jack said, feeling relieved to have someone to just talk to right now.
