Thinking for the Future

The Fates sat us down at the Meeting Room, then Clotho began.

"Do any of you understand the significance of each of you having a role relatable to you?" Clotho asked.

Mom answered. "It's because we're going to be the New Olympians, right?"

"Expound," Clotho ordered.

"Ok, so it's like this," Estelle said. "We were put in roles we'd have to play if we win, so it was like a test to see our worthiness for being part of the Olympians."

"Correct," Lachesis said. "I shall go over each one of you, and not only will I go over your new Transformations, but I will also cover what real role you parodied today."

"Firstly, Sally and Estelle Blofis-Jackson," Lachesis began. "You were the Judge, you were the rational and fair guide, and you still are. Even though you had a small stint, it was noteworthy, and it is unfortunate that you're losing 15 Charis. Now, for your Punishment Transformation."

Sally and Estelle Blofis-Jackson: 18 - 15 = 3

Laying Down The Law: Whether a Judge is strict, nice, but fair like Sally, or empathetic, thoughtful, but harsh like Estelle, Judges will always smash a gavel. Now, it'll be done to them. Once a day, Perseus will have to "smash them with his gavel" (yes, that's a euphemism for fucking them,) or they will receive more Punishments.

"No," I said. "I refuse."

Clotho looked at me in anger. "Do you remember at the beginning of your Greek stint, when Dionysus showed you Madness? Don't test me, or We will change your life from the beginning to the end, and you'll wish you had an orgy the day you came here, just to avoid what We do to you."

"Don't forget," Lachesis whispered in my ear. "We know the horrors you faced within Tartarus. If you choose to do something so rash, you will go back to him."

I sat back down as I paled.

"Next, we have the Nurse, Hazel," Lachesis said, when she saw I was sufficiently cowed. "Hazel, you did the job at a subpar level. Your job was to see any problems, predict the next target, and save your Harem Sister before she got eliminated. However you did last until the last level, so your self-serving tendencies can be applauded. You will lose 15 Charis, and receive an appropriate Punishment Transformation."

Hazel Levesque: 56 - 15 = 41

I'm Not The Doctor: Nurses are known for their... Nonexclusivity. After having sex with someone, Hazel will have to sex with someone else by the next day. (NOTE: Any sex Hazel has to satisfy this PTF will not reward her with Charis.)

"Next, Rachel," Lachesis continued. "Rachel, you've done a great job, by eliminating threats to your succession, and playing it safe. As you've technically both lost and won, you will lose 10 Charis, and receive both a Transformation and a Punishment Transformation."

Rachel Elizabeth Dare: -5 -10 = -15

Donna D'Onore: The wives of powerful men are known to be beautiful, but so are their sidepieces. Rachel will change to look like a beautiful MILF, and she will have no problem with Perseus having sexual relations with others.

These Chains That Hold Me: The family of a mafioso often feel like they are chained to their lifestyle, but Rachel is feeling a different kind of chain. Rachel needs to be restrained under a form of bondage to orgasm.

"This... pairs quite smoothly with my older TF," Rachel noticed. "Maybe they knew."

"There's no maybe," I snorted.

Lachesis ignored me. "Next, Clarisse. Clarisse, you chose great targets, even when you targeted Rachel. You did well, and so you will get 5 Charis as well as a Transformation."

Clarisse LaRue: 5 + 5 = 10

His Obedient Enforcer: Mobsters obey the orders of their boss without question, and so does Clarisse. If Perseus gives her a clear order, she will follow it by the letter.

I internally groaned as I realized that this could almost definitely lead to a problem like Annabeth.

"Hermes," Lachesis called next. "You masterfully played the game, however you were never playing for a team, rather you played for yourself. You will need to become a team player if you think you are worthy of becoming a New Olympian. You will receive 5 Charis and a Transformation."

Hermes: 20 + 5 = 25

You Can Trust Me: Like a spy, Hermes can make you drop your guard and share your secrets with her. However, as much as she tells you she'll keep it secret, she's an oversharer, so watch out.

That would actually be a dangerous Transformation.

"For the last of the roles, Medusa," Lachesis said. "You did rather unlaudable and unremarkable. You only searched at random, and you never put your info to use. You will lose 15 Charis and receive a Punishment Transformation.

Medusa: 4 - 15 = -9

I Wasn't Meant To See That: Investigators can sometimes find things they weren't supposed to find, and so will Medusa. Medusa will frequently accidentally come across things she wasn't meant to see. Every time she does so, she will incur a punishment that can vary from a slap on the butt to a Punishment Transformation.

"Now, for Annabeth and Zoë," Lachesis said. "You two were civilians, and you died early on. You have lost 5 Charis each."

Annabeth Chase: -35 - 5 = -40

Zoë Nightshade: -15 - 5 = -20

"I need to ask, why wasn't I chosen for a role?" Annabeth asked.

"As your fellow Contestants have mentioned, you are not good for a role," Atropos said. "Just like your mother, you'd bring the New Olympians to ruin, if you make it there. Both you and your mother needed to be grabbed by your fathers and had the pride beat out of you."

"How dare you!" Annabeth said.

Atropos just chuckled. "You're still focused on your own pride rather than the problems I showed you. Good luck, daughter of Athena."

"You'll need it," Lachesis said as she snapped us away.
