Millie and Tessa went to go have drinks, chatting with each other and with the rest of their friends at the party.

They were having a great time, and soon forgot all about the bet with Barry. It seemed pointless to worry about that while they were having fun with their friends and colleagues.

Not that there was anything to worry about, though. Millie had continued drinking, which only bolstered her confidence that the bet will be hers, and that sleaze bag Barry will back off for all eternity.

At least, that was the case. Soon, Barry reappeared, about an hour after he had left to go search for a target. He walked towards Millie with a cocky grin on his face, and she started to fill with dread.
