Things calm down

"We are all glad your boyfriend is fine, but you should calm him down too. We need to take care of the pack, and he didn't hold back." You hear the redhead speak.

" OMG! I totally forgot. They are members of the pack, they didn't try to hurt you, they were trying to keep you under control so you don't get hurt. We are at the safe house, no one will hurt you here, they are all like my family." Jenny assures you, finally looking into your eyes. She adds so much information, as fast as she can, that you are having trouble making sense of what is happening, but at least, it seems you are safe.

"Oh... sorry, I didn't mean... I was trying ... " You visibly relax, and the girls finally breathe a sigh of relief.

"Yeah, yeah, you didn't mean to kill us all... Who is going to believe that?" The redhead admonishes you.

"He was just confused, he would never ..." Jenny tries to defend you.

"If you would just let me put him in chains, this would have never happened!"

"Chains? If I was close to him, he wouldn't have reacted that way, but nooo, it's too dangerous!"

"He could have killed you if he was set on ****! You did bite him!"

"Kill? He is more likely to fuck me to **** than kill me, didn't you hear him!"

"ARGH! You wolves are always so stupid, it's easier to talk to a dog!"

"WHAT DID YOU SAY?" Jenny flares up.

Your girlfriend and the redhead are yelling at each other, forgetting the moaning werewolves all around them. "Girls, girls, calm down!" You say, trying to bring peace and avoid the start of another conflict.

Just then the door burst open and the biggest guy you've ever seen pops his head inside the room. "Are you trying to tear down the building or what? stop making so much noise!" He looks like a bear, and he is bigger than the fucking door!

"Fucking hell..." Now that all the adrenaline has left your body, you feel too tired to understand what is happening, but at least Jenny is fine, you are safe, and the most important thing, you are alive. "My parents... " You didn't get to finish as darkness comes again.

"Max!" you hear Jenny scream, but all you offer is a smile, everything will be fine.
