"Hi Coach," Agnes says with a gleaming smile. "We just wanted to introduce ourselves. We're on the soccer team and we're really happy to hear you'll be coaching this year. I'm Agnes Ford, and this is Fawn Crawford."

"Assistant coaching," you correct, holding out a hand to shake. "Pleased to meet you, ladies. I'm looking forward to it."

"It's so great to have a professional athlete coaching us!" Agnes bubbles. "That's just so cool!"

"I was a baseball player," you chuckle. "I really don't know much about soccer. Ms. Considine knows far more than I do."

"But you'll know about training and conditioning and stuff, like you were talking about in class," Agnes continues. "That will be so great! Right Fawn?"

The other brunette nods, giving you a smile with a touch of sadness. She seems very withdrawn, particularly in comparison with her friend, and you find yourself wondering what troubles her. You're also troubled by the nagging thought that you've met these girls before even though you're sure you haven't. As they continue to talk, Agnes dominating the conversation, there's a niggling idea that you've not only met them, but met them under intimate circumstances.

That can't possibly be true. You played minor league baseball in this general area, and banged your share of sports groupies, but that was over three years ago and these girls would have been quite young then. It can't possibly be that, you tell yourself, although you can't shed the memory that you have seen both of them naked.
