They want a body again. Main Branch

Derek Holloward was a poltergeist who had died an unfortunate ****, he died at the age of twenty seven when he had a heart attack in the middle of arguing with a spouse their final outburst cause him to have a heart attack. His family had a long history of high blood pressure and obesity that they struggled with quite a bit, and several family members had died from heart attacks as well, the last thing Derek saw as the darkness overtook him was his spouse crying and apologizing over and over again...he wished he could have told her how sorry he was and that he wished things could have gone differently. He wiped a phantom tear as he used his poltergeist powers to absolutely obliterate the box leaving only the contents inside visible. "Please...let luck have blessed me this day, I just want to see my wife again...she's all I have left." he said sadly as he finally got a good luck at what was inside. "A pool toy? I heard about a group of ghosts getting a body through this and...something else..." he looked around hoping that his luck would continue and he was not disappointed.

Sitting in the dumpster a few feet away poking out of the top was a pristine bike pump, presumably thrown about by a douchey parent or due to ordering more then one of them when they only needed one. He proceeded to pick it up and open the valve of the pool toy putting the pump's end into it and possessing both objects now that they were connected and so simple to manage and manuever. As he began to pump up the pool toy he felt the pool toy's face get actual working eyes and he could move the mouth wonderfully. "Yes...yes its working! Its working!" he didn't question the higher pitched voice he spotted though assuming it was merely just a side effect of possessing something full of air or perhaps the pump used helium for some reason...

A.N: I have decided to label this particular chapter as a "Main Branch" in the hopes to see many others use the "Wanting a Body again" idea to, as I feel like the concept of a ghost possessing something to get a body again is an idea with far to many possibilities to limit in any way possible. Hence the initial vagueness I gave the ghost in its introduction chapter so please go nuts! I'd love to see what ya'll's creativity produces and just have fun with the idea! That's what I'm doing after all!
