They talk about their relationship

“Th-this is a..change of pace with us both huh?” The Roo stuttered as she finally got it out.

“Um..y-yea I guess it is. Not exactly complaining though I admit.” Texas responded back

Both Rivals say next to one another as they both had a feeling of nervousness to one another. This WAS after all uncharted territory for both of them. Neither of them really had a chance to talk with each other. Usually it’s just them fighting one another and Texas coming out on top.

For as long as they could remember, they both hated each other to their own separate reasons. But did they really hate each other?

The ice was broken as Roxxie spoke out. “Soo..Tex. Do ya..do ya hate me?” Roxxie spoke and immediately felt slightly embarrassed to ask ‘Gah! Stupid-stupid Roxxie! Why’d ya have to go and ruin it!?’

Texas was taken slightly back from the questions but she managed to compose herself. “W-well ah’…I..I don’t hate you Roxxie. It’s just…y-you’re a criminal and all and a-Ah’m the sheriff. It’s nothing personal…but truthfully. I don’t hate ya Roxanne.”

Texas’ face blushed a lil red as she accidentally used Roxxie’s real name. The same could be said for the Roo. Normally she doesn’t tolerate others using her real name since it links back to her horrible family. But for some reason..she felt butterflies in her stomach as Texas said her name.

“U-um…w-well good. I uh…I…guess I could say the same. I’m…sigh I’ve been jealous of you Weasel.” Roxxie explained

“You’ve always had it easy..Soo I guess I just hated you for that. I didn’t..have it smooth in my life.” Roxxie said

“Yea…I know you haven’t. But you know..” Texas placed her hand on Roxxie’s hand. “You could have a turning point in ya life. You could just-come back with us. I’m sure I could make you a fine junior deputy.”

Now THAT is a change of heart if I’ve ever seen one! Texas offering Roxxie to be a Junior Deputy? Who’d ever thought of that?!

Roxxie have a suprised look as she had her hands being held by Texas. “Uh-I-I…uh..” She stuttered as she blushed.

“So? Wanna turn in your criminal life?” Texas questioned.

Roxxie pondered that question for a bit before smiling. “Hmm..that is a big offer “sheriff”.”

Texas was expecting a ‘yes’ but was met with a flick to her nose. “Ah-! Ow! Wh-what was that for?!”

Roxxie smirked as she downed the last of her chicken soup. “But unfortunately I’m gonna have to decline. Cause..truth be told. I love our little game of cat and mouse~.”

Texas went from angry to flustered in seconds. “G-game?! Hmph, great. We were just starting to have a heart to heart and ya go and ruin it with your-!”

“With what~? I’m just being honest.” Roxxie teased as she got closer.

“Y-yer’ um…umm..” Texas tried to find the words but she was to busy staring at Roxxie and her smirking face. ‘Wh-why am I getting so red right now?! I-I shouldn’t be this red! R-right..?’

“What’s the matter Texy~? Why so shy~? Are you falling for me? Hm~?” Roxxie kept up the teasing.

“N-no I’m not! N-not at all y-you..! Y-you..umm..” Texas blushed red as Roxxie kept getting closer. “R-Roxanne..y-you’re still sick aren’t you..?”

“Hmm, honestly? I’ve never felt better sheriff~. So whatever you Cooked up helped me good! Sooo..suppose I should “thank” you~?”

“Uhh n-nono that won’t uh be…n-necessary..hehe..” Texas explained as she felt her face get hotter.

“Mmm..you know something? That soup may have helped allot, but boy did it give my stomach bubbles~. If you know what I mean.”

This got Texas sweating, red, and worried for her sake. “N-now Roxanne..let’s not do this..”

“Oh but of course Tex. I know you hate my gas. So go ahead..push me off~.”
