They steal her skirt

“Girls, what can we do for poor… I’m sorry, what was your name again?”

“Ann—uh…” Anna said automatically, before realizing she shouldn’t be revealing her identity to strange girls who caught her in an embarrassing situation.

“Anna.”

The girl walked back and forth, holding Anna’s skirt in her hand.

“Whatever will we do for poor Anna?” she asked, as the skirt swung back and forth. “We should try to fix it, right, girls?” The girls nodded and murmured affirmations.

“On the other hand, maybe she needs to be taught a lesson about being so careless with her things. What do you think, Anna?”

“Um, I…”

The girl waved the skirt in front of Anna’s face, tauntingly.

“G-give it back…” Anna replied.

“No,” the girl said, swishing the skirt back and forth, “I don’t think I will.”

Anna made a grab for it, but the girl snatched it beyond her reach. As Anna extended her body, the bottom of her shirt flapped open. It gave all the girls there a very clear view of her naked body, from her navel to her thighs.

“Give it back!”

“Shh, keep your voice down,” the girl said. “You don’t want to attract attention, do you? Why, who knows who might come to see what’s up? Maybe even the librarian…”

Anna clamped her mouth shut in helpless anger.

“Now, what should I do with this? I know.” She handed it to the tallest girl. “Keepaway. If you can get it, it’s yours.”

The tall girl balled up the garment in her hand and raised it high above Anna’s hand. Anna automatically reached up for it. As she did so, she felt her shirt ride up over her hips, all the way up to her navel. She quickly put her arms back down. All the girls smiled.

Anna had a terrible dilemma on her hands. If she kept reaching for it, she would expose her entire bottom half the whole time. However, if she did not, they would surely steal her skirt and leave her permanently bottomless.
