When John and Hilary awoke, they immediately got dressed. John wore his schoolgirl outfit while Hilary donned a more practical get-up. She wore jeans, a t-shirt, and a jacket. She made John wonder if he should go back to his dorm and get some actual clothes, but decided against it. They have no idea how many zombies are in this building, so they need to get out before they make any more plans.
The two sneak out of Hilary's dorm and slowly move through the hallway. The corridor was empty, and they couldn't hear any sounds of zombies, but they had to stay on their toes.
"Should we really go down the stairs?" Hilary asked as they crept towards the nearest flight. "The elevator would be quicker."
"The stairs are safer," John countered. "If we take the elevator down to a floor crawling with zombies, we'll be screwed."
"I guess you're right," Hilary admitted. The two slowly entered the staircase and kept an ear out for any zombies. The corridor was empty, so John and Hilary made their way downward.
