They meet Lily and Daisy

As Mark parked the car, Sarah saw Daisy and Lily standing outside the restaurant, their eyes scanning the parking lot. Sarah's heart sank as she realized that they would see her in this state, their faces filled with shock and confusion.

As Mark turned off the engine, Sarah's eyes remained fixed on the dashboard, her mind racing with anxiety. She could feel the weight of the diaper pressing against her, a constant reminder of her humiliation. Mark's voice cut through the silence, his tone firm but controlled. "Let's go," he said, his eyes flicking towards the rearview mirror as he checked his hair.

Sarah's heart sank as she realized she would have to get out of the car in front of Daisy and Lily. She slowly turned her head, her eyes scanning the parking lot as if searching for an escape route. But it was too late. Mark was already opening his door, his movements swift and decisive.

Daisy and Lily's eyes widened as they took in Sarah's appearance, their gazes lingering on the diaper.

"What's going on, Sarah?" Daisy asked, her voice filled with confusion. Sarah couldn't bring herself to meet their gaze, her eyes fixed on the ground as she stumbled over her words.

As Sarah stood there, her eyes fixed on the ground, she could feel Daisy and Lily's gazes lingering on her diaper. She wanted to crawl under a rock and hide, to escape the humiliation that threatened to consume her. But she couldn't move, couldn't speak, couldn't do anything but stand there and endure the shame.

Lily, however, seemed to sense Sarah's distress, and she took a step forward, her eyes filled with a mixture of concern and curiosity. But as she moved, her own diaper rustled softly beneath her clothes, and Sarah's eyes widened in surprise. Lily was wearing a diaper too.
