“Right then Lauren, what are your goals?” Nancy asked giving Lauren a judgemental look

“Well I, erm, haven’t really thought…” Lauren began

“You look like you could lose a ton of weight to be honest” Nancy interrupted

Lauren’s jaw dropped at the comment

“I mean you’ve got belly rolls sticking out through this ridiculous outfit, did you wear it to try and impress the boys?” Nancy asked

“No! I mean…” Lauren said

“Well good because it won’t work unless you lose that belly of yours. Now we’re going to get started on the treadmill” she said as she guided Lauren to the middle treadmill that stood in front of the window leading out on to the street
