They find a ladder

The two of them rounded the first corner of the building, their bare feet making gentle slap slap slap noises as they made contact with the ground.

Turning her eyes to the sky, Blake couldn't see anything that could be used to reach the top of the building. Blake hesitantly believed she'd be able to use smaller handgrips on the windows and pillars to make her way up. However, Weiss probably wouldn't be so lucky. And she wasn't going to abandon Weiss like that.

Blake turned her head to look back at Weiss. By now, her eyes would've adjusted to the low light of the outdoors. However, she was still limited by her human vision.

Blake, however, could see Weiss nearly perfectly. She could see how Weiss's blue eyes showed how nervous she was. She could see her legs shaking with each step. How there were goosebumps rising all over her body. How her nipples had become erect, sticking out like little pencil erasers...

Blake shook her head. Now was not the time for that line of thinking.

The front and side of the building yielded no results. As soon as they rounded the corner to the back of the building, though, their luck changed. Just as Blake had thought, there was a service ladder going straight up to the roof.

Neither Weiss nor Blake could contain their smiles. They both rushed forward, Blake almost tripping in her haste, but catching herself before she fell.

As they arrived at the base of the ladder, Weiss placed a hand on Blake's shoulder and gently pushed her towards the ladder.

"You go first," she whispered.

Blake appreciated it, but still got a teasing smirk on her face. "Why? So you can get a look at my ass as I go up?"

That question caused Weiss to blush a deep red.

"Uh...well, I mean..."

"Relax," Blake said, rubbing Weiss's arm. "It was just a joke."

Weiss sighed and nodded, stepping back as Blake took position and began her ascent. Weiss quickly followed, not sure whether or not she should be looking up at Blake's ass. After all, it was a nice ass. And it was right there!

As she climbed, Blake could feel Weiss looking up at her. She silently smirked but didn't look down, focusing on getting to the top of the building and back to relative safety.
