They find 'thin Diana' and catch her

The next day, the pair of super obese lovers/heroes decided to check up on this thin Diana business, soon running into the regular, fat-loving Diana they knew and admired. She was also quite possibly the slobbiest woman in the world, with a funk that had even their eyes watering constantly around her body, to say nothing of the titanic farts and belches she let loose.

Currently, she had her thin duplicate in a headlock, a sweaty armpit nearly touching this Diana's face.

"What are you?"

"As I've said, I'm you, just from a different dimension."

"Raven, is she telling the truth?"

Raven's eyes glowed and a purple aura surrounded the thin woman, the empath's eyes widening. "Y-yes. That means this isn't a thin disease but an incursion into our dimension!"

"It's not an incursion. My comrades and enemies alike accidently ended up here during a battle! We just wish to find a way back to our own dimension!"

Diana, Hawkgirl, and Raven all shared concerned glances, along with some quick farts.

"Very well, we will help you. We are heroes after all," Diana spoke. "Hawkgirl, Raven, go check on Frost."

"What are you going to do about her?"

"Treat her to a meal of course. She's looking woefully thin," Diana proclaimed, soon carrying her counterpart in her arms as she took to the sky.
