They encounter a large monster.

"Jasper if we survive this, I'll kill you." Esther shrieked as she and Jasper scurried down the halls. Behind them one of the world strangest creatures followed them. It looked like a lion, but had a ram's head sticking out from its shoulder and a snake for a tail.

To say it was freaky was beyond an understatement.

They hadn't even gone five minutes before the creature emerged. Even worse was that upon entering, the portal to get out had been sealed and none of their return spells were working. Esther had theorized it had been the creature's doing but there was still possibility it was just the dungeon itself. Suffice to say they were doomed.

The duo hurried on trying their best to avoid it but the creature was persistent. Eventually though it had cornered them. It lunged at them with intent to kill. The two braced themselves for the killing blow.
