They drop a few hints, but don't confront you until the end of the week

You wake up the next day to the ever-welcome smell of eggs and bacon being cooked and the soft sound of music and the unmistakable sound of your Mother singing along. Initially, the feeling brings up happy nostalgic memories until you wriggle in beg and your morning wood digs into Ruby's hip and the realisation of where you are and what you did last night hits you. Thankfully the jolt of panic quickly fades as you look around and find yourself and your Older Sister covered with bedding that by rights should be covered in incriminating stains.

Part of you is tempted to cuddle back up with Ruby and get a little more sleep, but the siren call of your Mother's cooking is too hard to resist, your stomach letting out a growl in agreement. So perhaps things were truly different this time, that unlike before where you felt compelled to act, with Ruby it was your choice.

In any event, you finish up in the shower, quickly drying yourself off and putting on some underwear and throwing a robe around yourself ready to go sate your regular hunger, stopping briefly to give Ruby a kiss on the lips.

With that you smile, lean down and kiss Ruby on the lips before turning and taking one of the glasses of water and heading downstairs to get in on the delicious smells wafting up from the kitchen. When you arrive downstairs you see the two twins sitting at the small table happily eating some bacon and eggs, Britany gives you a polite smile, while Janey gives you a wave, before turning back to their food.

"Hey Mom, I'm back early but I guess you already saw," You say with a smile, walking over to the cooker where your Mother was currently frying up more bacon and eggs.

"Sweetie," Your Mother replies, immediately dropping the pan with a clang and throwing her arms around you, pulling you into a very tight embrace. "I've missed you so much," She adds, squeezing you even tighter almost as if she was afraid you might float out of her arms if she didn't.

"I've missed you too," You reply, resting your head on your Mother's shoulder and enjoying the warm tender embrace.

"What about us?" Britany and Janey ask in unison, falling into giggles at being so in synch.

"Nah, not really," You joke, looking back at them and sticking your tongue out.

"Amy!" Your Mother admonishes, breaking the hug and fixing you with a stern look, a look that is slightly undermined by the tears forming in her eyes.

"What, they know I'm kidding," You reply with a smile, "I missed you both a lot, the twin shit, not so much, but overall I'd say I'm glad to see you both," You say with a smile.

Britany and Janey turn to look at each other than once more in unison say. "We'll take it," The twins falling into a giggle fit again.

"So is Ruby joining us?" Your Mother asks with a smile, shaking her head at your less than polite language.

"Probably still sleeping, she had an eventful night," Janey says with a grin, the reply catching you off guard but not nearly as much as the wink Britany gives you when you glance over.

"I can imagine, she's been through a lot recently," Your Mother says with a smile. "It was so cute, seeing you two sharing the same bed like when you were both younger," Your Mother adds with a smile.

"Not the word I'd use to describe it," Janey retorts in an odd tone, almost sounding flirty.

"Oh, hush you two, I've seen you two snuggling up on more than one occasion," Your Mother says with a soft laugh.

"She's got us there, Sis, I guess we are a lot like, Amy and Ruby," Britany comments, also in a tone you find strange, although soon a plate of food is placed before you and suddenly food is all you can think of.

The rest of the morning, you catch up with your family, sharing the exploits of your trip, up to the part where you slapped on the bracelet and Mira took up residence in your mind. Your Mother smiles at you with pride throughout, while the twins make the occasional joke. A little while later Ruby graces you all with her presence, your Mom puller her eldest in for a big hug, saying how sorry she is about it all.

"Thanks, Mom," Ruby says with a smile. "Thankfully Amy was already here yesterday, we went out and got a little drunk and spent the night together," Ruby explains with a smile. "It was just what I needed to get my mind off of things," She concludes flashing you a big smile.

"I bet," Britany says in that strange tone.

Ruby gives her twin Sisters a curious look before turning back to you and your Mother. "Oh, don't mind them, they've been in a silly mood all morning," Your Mother explains.

The rest of the week passes by without much excitement, You and Ruby making the best use of your ensuite and bedroom to ensure you're both satisfied, but aside from those fleeting taboo quickies everything else is just like old times.
