They decide on a probationary period.

Green Lantern gazed at Felix, before looking towards Batman. "Batman has a point. Even if Mr. Andersmith is trustworthy, there's still the issue of what happens if Diana's lamp ends up in someone else's hands," he provided his own two cents.

"Even if that happens, they wouldn't be able to bring me out of the lamp if they have any malicious intent regarding my new powers," Diana reminded him.

"That's true, but it's possible that someone could find a workaround. A loophole. Or even outright **** the lamp to let you out to serve them with enough power," Batman stated.

Diana resisted the urge to roll her eyes. "Anyone powerful enough to do that, or with the right kind of magic to pull it off is already a massive threat, the kind that my genie powers would hardly make a difference regarding. And as for loopholes... If any do pop up, the lamp's willing to close them for me. So long as I serve a Master or Mistress, it's all the same to it..."

"In that case, I think the risk is minimal," Superman mused. "I propose a measured response. We allow Andersmith to keep ahold of Diana's lamp, and... use it, within reasonable limits. But it would be a probationary period."

"I am against this, but if the motion passes, I insist on adding to it. He will be placed under Leage protection... and surveillance," Batman asserted.

"What, like... cameras watching Diana and I..." Felix trailed off, going red. Diana of course seemed much more okay with the prospect. Fucking her Master, and doing it on camera? So long as he wasn't too embarrassed, yes please!

"...I'll make an AI that will delete any footage that doesn't show you crossing any lines, and if you do, it will send such evidence to me," Batman stated, his tone making it clear that that was the best Felix was going to get. He also privately resolved to get Zatanna and Shazam to enchant the equipment he used to ensure no tampering, or at least to give him a heads up if any tampering happened.

"...given the circumstances, I suppose that's reasonable," Superman nodded to Batman.

"How long are you proposing this probationary period to last?" Hawkgirl asked.

"...no specific time frame," Superman decided. "However long it takes for us to come to a more long term conclusion. Any other points to make before we put this to a vote?"

"I think it's fair to recuse myself from this vote," Diana noted, nodding to Superman, and getting one in return.

"Alright... all in favor?" Superman asked the rest of the room, raising his own hand. Flash, Martian Manhunter, and Hawkgirl raised their own hands. "All against?" Batman raised his own hand, while Green Lantern considered, before deciding to simply abstain. "...the motion passes."

Batman sighed, but didn't argue. Felix meanwhile could hardly believe it! They were actually letting him keep Diana, to a certain extent, at least, as his personal genie **** when she wasn't on duty! Talk about a day where his luck went down as low as it ever had been... only to rapidly shoot up to the opposite end of the spectrum.
