What do they do to her?

They cast an illusion spell on her.

The first fairy finishes casting her spell, putting Hilda under her power. From now until someone specifically tells her otherwise, she will believe she is fully clothed and wearing her padded silk shirt and pants.

The second fairy finishes her preparations with the weed as well, and hands some to her compatriot. The two smear the stuff all over their bodies and turn invisible. They quietly approach Hilda and start to have some real fun at her expense.
