They burned down all of her clothes save her underwear.

As the special fire spell hit Byleth directly in her chest, she could feel how her teacher uniform started burning intensely, engulfing her in flames. She was lucky that she wearing a fire resistant amulet, for otherwise she would have been cooked alive in that moment.

Yet, despite this, she did not falter in her mission, for even as her clothes were consumed in the fire one by one, she was tearing down every enemy mage she could find behind the barricade and more, to the point that even the most brutal bandit was left shocked of how resiliant and determined she was, even in such condition.

In short, the lesson those bandits heard that day was: do not piss off Byleth, for you will pay it dearly.

Either way, following a quick but brutal fight behind the barricade, Byleth managed to bring down the barricade as the remaining bandits regrouped deeper into the village, thus, finally allowing the Blue Lions to enter into it.

"There, now you can't say that your teacher never did anything for you...", Said Byleth exhausted as she welcomed her students inside the village.

"Teacher!, are ok ?", asked Dimitri concerned.

"Of course i am silly, see...", replied Byleth as she slowly regained her breath and showed the class that she was fine.

However, rather than see looks of relief and happiness in their faces, Byleth could only see faces of concern and doubt in her students, with Sylvain in particular trying to hold his laugh.

"Ok, is there something wrong with me ?", she asked them.

No one of the group tried to respond her question at first, until at last, Sylvain decided to speak. "Well, it's just than i didn't know what color of underwear you wore", he said, for effectively, the fire spell from that mage managed to burn down all of her clothes save her dark green underwear.

Hearing Sylvain's comment, Byleth then looked down upon herself, and saw the truth of what had happened. In that moment, all that she wanted to do was to cover herself and return to the camp for a change of clothes. Yet at the same time, she knew that as her teacher, she couldn't abandon them in their mission, specially now that they were so close to victory.
