They arrive at the hiding spot

After a few more minutes in silence, Blake and Yang arrive at the spot Ruby had given them. An intersection between two roads that were relatively busy during the day, but sat empty right now.

"Ok...where is it?" Blake asked, turning in a circle to look at the area around them.

"I'm not sure," Yang admitted. "All Ruby told me was that it was hidden at this intersection, and that it's 'hidden in plain sight'. Whatever that means."

Blake shook her head. "Let's just start looking, then."

The two of them went to opposite sides of the intersection, looking under every chair, behind every sign, and on top of every umbrella they could see. They were also careful to keep the other one in sight at all times, in case something came up and she needed the other one's help.

After about 10 minutes of searching, Yang stood and walked out of the area she was just searching in. She had been crouching down so much, her back was starting to hurt. She reached her arms high above her head, doing her best to stretch out her aching back. As she did that, though, a car pulled up at the intersection just 10 feet away from her. Yang could feel her heartbeat go up once more, and it only got worse when the window closest to her rolled down and she saw a man sitting in the driver's seat, grinning like a madman.

"Nice rack, lady!" he shouted, giving her a thumbs up. Normally, Yang would go over there and break the guy's thumb. Or even to just flip him off.

Now, though, she found she had no desire to do so. For whatever reason, all of her instincts were being suppressed, somewhat. In fact, she was perfectly content to stand there and let the man ogle her for a few moments, much to her own surprise. Perhaps it was the anonymity the mask provided? Yang remembered Weiss and Blake mentioning something about that, from their first trip to the city.

After a few moments, the man reached down and pulled out his scroll. He opened it and pointed it at Yang, but didn't do anything with it yet.

"Mind if I take a few pictures?" he asked
