They arrive at a clothing store!

Lauren didn’t really pay attention as Jessie drove so when she pulled into a shopping plaza, Lauren gasped in surprise. “What are you doing?” Lauren asked as she saw a sign that said Vicky’s.

“I need something to wear for the date tonight,” Jessie said. “And you need an adorable outfit picked out so, we need to go shopping. Wait right here.”

Lauren sighed and waited while Jessie walked away and returned with a cart that had a classic red and yellow toy car attached to it. Lauren whimpered as Jessie mad her get into the car while pushed her towards the entrance. “Hello, welcome to Vicky’s how may I help you?” A woman who looked to be about 30 asked.

“I need an outfit for date night and also a cute outfit for this little one,” Jessie said.

“Our juniors department is on the second floor, and you can find great outfits for yourself on the first floor. If you need them fitting rooms are on each level and clearly marked. You can use the elevators on the right hand side,” the woman said.

“Thank you,” Jessie said as she pushed Lauren along.

She first looked for an outfit for herself and added a couple dresses to the cart then she pushed Lauren to the elevators and went up. She pushed Lauren over to the juniors department for girls and stopped at the section with the sign that said Toddlers/Younger Girls 5 and Below.

Jessie contemplated and then picked out a few outfits not allowing Lauren to look at them as she put them in the cart. “Okay, let’s find the fitting room,” Jessie said.

Jessie pushed the cart until she found a sign that said FITTING ROOMS. She pushed Lauren right up to the woman at the desk in front of the fitting rooms. “Hello, you can use fitting room 5,” the woman said. “Leave anything you don’t want to buy inside the room. Leave the cart out here.”

“Okay,” Jessie said as she gathered the outfits. “Come on, Lauren. Let’s go.”

Lauren reluctantly followed Jessie to the fitting room wondering what exactly Jessie picked out for her.
