They are arriving back at the community center

Starfire helped her sister get out of the van once the group returned to the community center. Blackfire looked a bit confused at the characters and children running around and cheerfully interacting with each other. She grimaces at loving couples making out on benches in the nearby gardens. Blackfire glared at a group of teens who pointed at her scars and laughed; she tried to ignore them, used to being laughed at and insulted by her previous owner but something was setting her off.

“Sister, come on, let's see what other clubs and classes are here,” Starfire said, snapping Blackfire out of an agitated state. Looking down Blackfire noticed that she had her hands clenched in fists and the teens had a mostly robotic man standing in front of them.

“Huh kinda expected some starbolts,” Kyouka commented as Starfire urged Blackfire to start walking and pulled her along to the main entrance to the community center.

“What are ‘starbolts’?” Blackfire asked as the teens were urged to mind their own business. Starfire created a starbolt and showed it to Blackfire.

“A ‘present’ from the Psions though James had to get me a treatment to fully activate it, I wasn’t with them long enough for the full experiment,” Starfire explained as she let the starbolt fade away.

“Huh, for some reason I thought your whole species could do it,” Jirou said as the group looked at a board showing all the classes and clubs being held in the place with times and locations. A stand had many brochures with the details.

“You’ll be surprised at how many people make that mistake and start demanding refunds when their generic Tamaranean guards or harem can’t make starbolts,” Poppy said as she idly looked at the provided information and upcoming activities and events. She didn’t care much about the stuff as she was only on Prime Earth for James’ upcoming wedding and to help around while James is missing. Poppy was going back to her mom’s universe’s Sarasaland to continue ruling after the wedding. “If they wanted them to have starbolts, they needed to pay for the mods themselves.”

“Anyways, we have another half an hour before Aelita’s class is done,” Poppy informed as she looked at a brochure for Dungeons & Dragons with Gandalf, which she considered potentially worth the universal teleportation to attend. “And since today is about you, Blackfire, let’s check out something you’re interested in.”

Blackfire gave an unsure glance at Poppy before giving the board and stand several look throughs, thankfully the Tamaranean language transfer included written language. Blackfire took several minutes of trying to understand the context of ‘Yoga with Ty Lee’, ‘Horticulture with Edward Scissorhands’, ‘Knitting with Cable’, ‘Robin Hood Archery Classes’, ‘Human Appreciation Group’, ‘Zangeif Group Therapy’, ‘Dancing with Esmeralda’ and many others before she finally came to a decision as to what she wanted to check out.
