Theresa Has Betrayed Them

“Theresa has betrayed us.” Dark Mistress continued pulling up the image of Theresa in her Magical Girl disguise on the big screen. “Apparently, she has informed her team and the entire local police **** that the newly christened Fallen Moon is with us. Now they are just outside planning to attack at our very core.” Dark Beacon was shocked at this revelation and stared silently at her leader as if asking for her to explain how this happened and what could be done about it.

“Unfortunately, I have no explanation for her sudden betrayal of us. Perhaps the other Magical Girls chipped away at her cold heart or maybe she wanted to continue this lifestyle alone and wanted everyone who knew her true self to be eliminated. Either way, we don’t have much time.” She continued. “The grunts have been ordered to keep the attackers occupied while the top brass makes their escape, including you Dark Beacon.” She explained as the other members of the Corrupted ‘top brass’ arrived ready to make their escape.

"Does that include Bimbo? But I just corrupted her! We can't lose them now!" I screamed in frustration at the prospect of losing the first person I used my power on so soon.

"Unfortunately it does include her, not to mention that if we brought her their want to save her will only continue to fuel their drive to wipe us out." Dark Mistress explained. "Now come, we do not have much time before they strike our base." With those words and a motion of her hands a portion of the wall behind her slid down to reveal a hidden passage. She then turned to it and ran through it followed by the rest of the top brass.

I didn't immediately follow them and remained still thinking to myself before I heard a loud bang as the heroes began their ****. 'Damn, I can't fall here so I suppose I really must retreat as they said.' I thought to myself before following the others. As I went deeper and deeper into the hidden passage it became as dark as a moonless night with no light to show me the way. Soon after another loud bang and I could hear the walls begin to crumble around me.
