"Hey, wait a minute!" cried the woman once known as Amy Madison as she returned with Willow's friend Tara to the main room of the TARDIS. "Where did everybody go?"

"Well, they have to be around some place," said Tara. "After all, we weren't gone that long and it's not like Missy and Clara were all that keen to go outside."

"Well, they're not here now," said Amy. "Where do you suppose they went?"

"There's no telling," said Tara. "In a place like this, they could be anywhere."

"Perhaps you could do a locator spell," said Amy.

"Yes, perhaps I could," said Tara. "Though I don't quite see why you can't."

Just then there was a knock on the front door of the TARDIS.

"Maybe that's them now," said Amy.

"Maybe," said Tara. "But just in case... You know anything about immobility spells?"

"A little," said Amy. "But if it's something really dangerous, can't I just turn it into a rat?"

"Maybe later," said Tara. "First, let's see who it is."

Tara opened the door and saw a short brunette in a black dress standing next to a tall thin blonde who wore nothing at all.

"Oh great Goddess," said Amy. "At least have the decency to cover yourself, Blondie. Going around skyclad like that is just tacky."

The naked girl immediately put one hand over her breasts and another around her private parts.

"Uncover, Rose," said the short brunette.

The woman named Rose immediately moved her hands.

"Cover," said Amy.

Rose shifted her hands again.

"Uncover," said the brunette with a sigh.

Rose moved her hands yet again.

Amy smirked. "No, wait, cover. Okay, now uncover. Cover. Uncover. Put your left foot in. Now take it out. Now put your left foot in and shake it all about. Now twi --"

"Amy!" cried Tara. "Please don't tease the girl! You can see she's under an obedience spell and thus prone to obey the loudest voice in the room."

"I'm the loudest voice in the room?" asked Amy. "Cool."

"I'm sorry about that," said Tara to Rose. "But she had a really bad childhood."

"It's okay, Mistress," said Rose.

"Mistress?" asked the brunette. "Since when is Tara your Mistress?"

"Sorry," said Rose.

Then she turned toward Amy. "I'm sorry, Mistress."

"Wait a minute!" cried the brunette. "Amy is not your Mistress, either."

"And yet I feel this need to obey her," said Rose.

"Well, I am a witch, you know," said Amy. "Hey, wait! How do you two know our names? We've never seen you before in our lives."

"It's complicated," said the brunette. "You see Rose and I come from another time --"

"Oh, no!" cried Amy. "Not another future self! Because I'm pretty sure I'm not likely to look like either of you in the future. Nor do I see Tara looking like either of you two either."

"No, we don't come from the future," said the brunette. "We come from the past. And as to how we know your names, well, that's a complicated story."

"Well, we all have complicated stories," said Tara. "However, right now Amy and I are trying to catch up with some friends of ours and --"

"Yes, we know," said the brunette. "That's why we came by here first in our time machine."

"Time machine?" asked Tara.

"Yes," said the brunette. "Now follow me and Rose and I'll explain the whole story along the way."

"Wait!" cried Tara. "How do we know you aren't associated with these aliens Missy and Clara were talking about? And why do you look so much like Missy's familiar, only with clothes on?"

"I am not Missy's -- Oh, just come along with us," said the brunette. "Like I said, I'll explain the whole story along the way."
