Naruko hadn't noticed that there were other people's sandals besides her own, and that meant that maybe she wasn't exactly alone at home.

Since she hadn't seen him, she went inside her home as if it was nothing, without giving any kind of warning or sign that she had arrived.

The Uzumaki was a little hungry so she wanted to eat some snacks before it was time for dinner. so she went into the living room and went through to the kitchen, to look for something in the refrigerator. she opened it and bent down to look for something, but in a few seconds, she closed the refrigerator and looked to the hallway to her left, where the bedrooms were located.

It was only when she got that close that she noticed a strange noise coming from there, though it was still too subtle to identify.

"I thought no one was home" the Uzumaki said quietly to herself, only to start walking silently down the hallway listening to them a little more clearly with each step.

When she was halfway down the hallway, she began to hear clearly enough to identify those sounds.
