Chapter 5
by FlightoftheBeers
How do you handle your confidence issue?
Therapy with Brenna's Friend
Liya Silver was not what you were expecting. While it made sense given that she was Brenna's friend, you'd kind of been expecting an older woman. As you sat across from her, you couldn't help but feel a bit intimidated by her presence.
"So, to recap what you told me: you're wanting to deal with some confidence issues so you can run for mayor?" Liya had been looking down at her notes before she looked to see you. "Should be easy enough. You believe in hypnosis?"
"Uh..." The skeptic in you said no, but you didn't want to seek closed-minded. "I'm open to it, I guess."
"Perfect. Then we'll try that first." Liya replied.
"Wait, what? Just like that? You don't need any background on me or anything?" You didn't want to seem rude, either. But at the same time, this felt fast.
She leaned forward and put her hand on your knee, "it's okay. Let's just see if it's right for you. If it isn't, then we'll try another method! I am quite good at hypnosis therapy, though." She winked and leaned back.
"Well, I guess it couldn't hurt..." It probably wouldn't work anyways and it's not like you were expecting much from this.
"Lean back on the couch and close your eyes..." She turned on a sound machine, filling the room with quiet and soothing waves. "As the waves come in-- breathe in! As they leave, you may breathe out. All the while, focus on my voice. As each wave hits the shore, imagine my voice washing over you like those waves..."
You weren't sure when, but you were pretty sure you fell asleep. You didn't even remember being that tired. Well, she had made things quite comfortable. You'd apologize when you woke up.
She was impressed by the ease at which you fell. This would be easier than she'd thought. "John, can you hear me?"
"Yes," you said in your **** state.
"Good. As you listen to my voice, you'll find that it is so comforting and warm. You want to hear more of it. And you'll do whatever it tells you. Obeying my voice feels very good; it's as though I'm taking all of your stress away." She stood up and began to remove her clothes.
"You must be quite the submissive guy to immediately fall under my spell," she ran her finger over your lips and smiled. "That makes my job easy. You crave a dominant woman, don't you? Someone strong to submit to. Someone to love who will take care of you. Submitting and obeying just feels so good." Liya couldn't help but take advantage of this.
She knew it would take a few sessions to fully implement everything Brenna wanted. But for now... She hovered her pussy over your lips, "submitting and obeying to dominant women is the best. You'd do anything for them. In fact, you'd obey a dominant woman more than your wife."
It made sense somehow. She was right; you knew the proper pecking order and you weren't about to mess it up and disobey a strong woman over something like your marriage. "Use your tongue to please me," she lowered herself onto your face, immediately earning your fervor.
"From now on, any Brenna gives you a you will obey. In fact, from now on, she's the most important woman in your life. I'm second, of course. Got that?" You couldn't really answer, but you did pick up the pace with your tongue.
You didn't remember how you'd gotten here. You sat across the table from Tegan as she talked about her day and all of that... You couldn't remember the latter part of your day, though. That was consuming your mind quite intensely. Where had the day gone? Did you just nap? How had you even gotten here?
"Oh, hey, boss," a voice called from the side. Tegan couldn't help but let her face drop up on seeing Brenna. "Fancy seeing you here," she replied, taking a seat next to you in the booth. "You don't mind me joining you for a bit, right?"
"Right!" You replied almost immediately. You knew Tegan was a bit apprehensive, but that was no reason to be rude!
"Hey, girlie!" She waved at Tegan before leaning close to you in order to look at your menu. You could smell her perfume; why did she smell so good? Tegan was not really a huge fan, though you were too focused on Brenna to notice.
"I'm going to run to the restroom," Tegan stood up in a huff.
"Huh? Okay." You nodded and went back to looking over the menu. Tegan scoffed and walked off.
"How rude." Brenna said, wrapping her arms around one of yours. "You should tell her to be nicer to me."
"Really? I didn't think she was doing anything wrong..." You replied as you felt an odd sensation inside of you.
"Of course she did! She didn't respect me at all. When she gets back, you need to tell her to leave so we can have lunch together." Brenna leaned in closer. You couldn't help but feel a heat rise inside of you. Though, it was not in defense of Tegan.
"She won't like that..." You bit your lip. This was a difficult situation. You weren't entirely sure why. Logically, Tegan was fine. But, at some other level, you were more concerned with Brenna's happiness.
"I don't care. And neither should you. Who's more important: me or her?" Brenna purred as she ran her fingers along your arm.
"You, obviously— wait, uh, I mean—"
"Good boy." She purred again, leaning close and kissing your neck. "Tell me again who is more important to you."
Every part of you was burning with desire and pleasure as she spoke. You needed to do what she said. It felt so incredibly good to listen to her. "You are, Brenna." You said once again. You weren't sure why, though. Was it because of the campaign? Maybe it was simply due to her support at the moment.
"Honestly, John, we both know I'd be a much better mayor's wife than her. She probably knows that too, but she's too selfish to admit it." Brenna leaned back and brushed her hair from her face.
"Selfish?" You tilted your head in confusion. "I don't follow."
"Well, Tegan is just some quiet and needy girl who's clearly riding off of the coattails of your success. First your law gig and now your mayor's race. She's weighing you down instead of helping you. That's why you need me. If she was a better wife, you wouldn't need me." Brenna wasn't subtle, but then again, she didn't need to be. She just needed to make some semblance of sense and your newly-trained brain would fill in the rest of the blanks. "She's probably just in it for the money. She probably made it seem like it was your idea for her not to work."
You'd never thought about it that way before. You'd always just assumed she was content letting you make the money while she took on part-time work or maintained the house. "What do I do?" You asked as anxiety settled in your bones.
"Shh..." Brenna brushed her hand against your cheek. "Just let me take care of it. Trust me: I'm the one who loves you, not her. I want what's best for you— for us. Just say the word and I will make it so the two of us can be the power couple that takes back this town."
"Yes," you immediately replied. It felt like a reflex. You wanted to take some time to think about it, but it seemed you'd already made up your mind. "You're right about everything. I'd hate to burden you, but if you can handle this, it would be incredibly helpful. "
"Of course, Mr. Mayor," Brenna winked and kissed your cheek. "In fact, I've already got the ball rolling on it. Now, let's enjoy our lunch. Soon, well be able to have meals like this all the time as a couple!"
