The young woman

You glide silently through the store until you're close to the young woman, quickly searching her mind to learn her name - Olivia.

She's a fairly short woman, with long brown hair tied tightly back in a ponytail, and no make up on her pale skin. She's dressed in a simple pair of black slacks and a red T-shirt that bears the electronics store logo on it's left breast.

You stand there watching her for a moment as she loads a collection of video games from a box on the floor onto the shelves, working out the best way to strike.
