The xenoform attacks

The haze drifts higher still, climbing to swirl seductively around your knees even as the temperature in the room seems to drop.

The creature, the xenoform, that had been stalking the corridor leaps into science lab. One mighty bound takes it from the shadow cloaked corridor and deep into the middle of the room.

Even as its fanged mouth opens to emit a howl of alien rage you spin wildly to try and face it. The stubby tranqs in your hand seem ill suited to any melee encounter.

The beast lumbers forward at you. It is part covered in fur and part in strange scales that glow darkly under the dying lights. Horns and barbs cover the creature's evil face and run down its spine.

Human-like hands reach out ahead of its charge, blood covered fingers grasping in the air as the monster tries to reach you.
