The waitress

You immediately realise the beauty of the situation you’re in. Finally you can get that threesome you always wanted to try! You decide to go along and to invite Rhonda over for dinner. As you sit, pondering how to approach this, Janine calls the waitress. You watch her coming over and notice Janine is watching with much the same interest as you are. When the waitress reaches your table you start to speak, but Janine is way ahead of you and gives the waitress a note together with the money for the lunch. You usually split the bill, but sometimes one of you picks up the tab and treats the other. However, you are still very curious as to what is on the note. Your eyes follow the waitress as she goes back inside and starts to unfold the note. Just before she enters the kitchen she looks right back at you and Janine, as if she is sizing you up. Then she nods her head and goes on in the kitchen. You wonder what was on the note but when you ask Janine she just shrugs and says: “That’s for me to know and for you to find out!” With that she winks, stands up and gets ready to leave. You realise that you are not getting an answer just jet so you follow her lead and together you start to leave the restaurant. You follow Janine, who’s heading back to her car. She had parked her car all the way at the back of the car park when there were several spaces nearer to the restaurant. You don’t mind the exercise though. When you reach the car you are met with a surprise! There, hiding behind it is the beautiful waitress from the restaurant. She gets up, and gives Janine a wink at your puzzled look. What was on that note?
