The third option

You remember punching him square in the face. You would have delivered another one had Aubrey not stopped you. You'd let your emotions get the best of you and now you'd just assaulted a client.

...which went over about as well as you could have expected. You were disbarred and given a year prison sentence for ****. Dillon had done her best to represent you, but with Aubrey on the other side and the evidence stacked against you, you stood no chance.

Tegan was beside herself as you went off to jail. You hadn't really told her everything, but she did know that you went to go rescue Aubrey.

For the first month, Tegan visited you regularly. Then, she began to become infrequent. The last time she came, she seemed distant and distracted. That was only two months into your sentence. After that, you didn't see her. You were worried. She'd dodged any questions you asked, seemingly disinterested in you.

Finally, after a year, you got out. But there was no one to greet you. Still, you had to get home. You needed to see how everything was going!

It did take you a while, but you managed to get home. You knocked on the door rather hurriedly and were happy when Tegan opened it. "Yes?" She simply replied.

Your heart dropped. You didn't think you looked different! "Tegan, honey, it's me!"

"Hm... I'm sorry, I don't think we know each other," she shrugged.

You heard a familiar voice call out: "Slut, who's at the door?"

Tegan giggled and turned back, "it's some guy, master. He says he knows me!"

"Let him in!" The voice commanded. Tegan moved aside, letting you in... then you saw it.

"This is better **** than I could have ever hoped for. I have your house, your wife, your company, and your partner. Aubs was right; she figured you'd try to attack me, but that meant I could throw you in prison." Before you could say anything, he held up his hand. "Aubrey definitely doesn't remember you. I broke her on my cock. Same with Tegan. But I have good news! We're pregnant!" He patted Aubrey's head as she blew him.

"Both of them, in fact. Tegan put up such a fight at first, but after I fucked her into submission, she fell into line. Aubrey held her down for me, by the way. She's been a big help, by the way!" He tilted his head back as he came down her throat. "Ahh, never gets old!"

You felt empty; defeated. What could you even do now? He'd won. The best you could hope for is rebuilding your life elsewhere.
