Any interruptions before morning?
The thing about Thoros...
You sleep through most of the morning and finally wake up with Indra's sexy body still wrapped around yours. You can't resist a quick pick-me-up-fuck. She's pleasantly surprised to awaken to the feel of your sexes grinding together and your tongue delivering more of your daemonic venom down her throat. Several orgasms later, you're feeling ready to conquer the world. Your new **** is a bit delirious, but that will pass soon enough and you decide to get started without her.
It's time to consider the question you've been avoiding since last night... what will you do now that you've been freed from your mortal constraints? It's like you've been given a new lease on life, one without expiration, and yet threats surround you on each side.
The daemon lord Thoros would surely want to recruit you, or if you're unwilling to join his ranks, dominate you like your former sisters. As a succubus, is it even possible to break and enslave you? You're not sure, and you'd prefer not to find out.
On the other side, there's your former allies who would surely see you as a traitor were they to learn of your corruption. You can't think of any paladins who would turn a blind eye to a daemon roaming free.
You could remain here in Indra's cottage and live in relative isolation, but what sort of existence would that be? Indra is a prize, but that's all the more reason to gather at least a small harem to feed upon. You wouldn't want to snuff out the witch's life because your hunger grew beyond her capacity to satisfy you on her own.
You put off contemplating these issues long enough to start a fire in your ****'s hearth. The weather is still a bit brisk from yesterday's rain, and though the cold doesn't seem to bother you anymore, you suppose Indra might appreciate some warmth. In the midst of getting the fire going, you realize the heat of the flame doesn't affect you very much either. You can feel that it is hot, but it doesn't burn you, nor do you register any pain, even when you hold your hand directly in the fire. Another perk of your fiendish nature, you suppose.
The task accomplished, you recline in the chair adjacent the fire, still fully nude and wearing the newly voluptuous body that is increasingly becoming your "natural" shape the more your mind adapts to your recent change. You spend some time playing with your shape-changing ability and testing its limitations. Altering your form is effortless and nearly instantaneous, but it seems limited to minor changes only. You can easily adjust the length, color, and style of your hair, your skin tone, increase or decrease your height by a few inches, and of course, alter your build between your old, slender body and your new curvier form, or anywhere in between. A quick peek in a mirror reveals that your formerly blue eyes are now an unnatural violet that almost glow, but you're able to disguise that at well.
Your only new feature which is unquestionably of daemonic nature, your horns, can be glamered away, but you find with some experimentation that they're still there, just unseen. If you find the need to blend in, you'll have to remember to be careful around hats, low ceilings, and anyone getting too close to your head.
The new body you've been granted and your old human shape feel the most comfortable, so you expect you'll spend the most time wearing one of those appearances. It's nice to know that you have some flexibility, should you merely want to add a little bounce to your bust or assume an exotic tan... or more drastically alter your appearance to avoid notice.
Now then... That diversion may have been entertaining, even necessary, but you can't avoid the decision looming over you forever. Indra has recovered by now. When she spots you sitting next to the fire, she crawls across the floor to kneel by your feet, and begins to rub her naked body affectionately against your legs. Apparently, she sees no need to clothe herself around you anymore... not that she ever struck you as prudish in the first place, but you're happy to admire her nudity regardless.
"We have a decision to make, Indra. Your home is a fine base for now, but we cannot live here in isolation forever. I would strike out on my own," You can feel her anxiety even before she looks up at you with the fear in her eyes. She thinks you're planning to abandon her... How cute. "With you by my side, of course." You offer her a smile and she beams back at you.
"I understand, mistress. One human cannot sustain you forever. I'm honored that you would take my well-being into consideration."
You stroke Indra's long black hair and give her a look that is mostly compassionate, and only a bit condescending. "One does not simply discard a pet who is so well-trained and as useful as you, my dear. Also, I would hate to tire of you too soon. I do think we make a fine pair."
"Mmm... thank you, mistress." She purrs and bends down low to kiss your legs starting at your ankles, and then slowly begins working her way up. You know the warm, wet destination where she's ultimately headed, and you normally wouldn't mind the distraction, but you do desire her advice at this critical junction.
"There are complications, however. There are at least two major players at this immediate moment, and presumably many more in the future..."
The witch makes it as far as the top of your calves before realizing that you're waiting for a response from her. "Of course, mistress. Thoros is still a major obstacle. Even if he doesn't want you for himself, his activities will still bring undue attention down around you. And there's still the Sword of Saint Magdalena, which he will certainly be looking for by now." Indra continues when she recognizes the quizzical expression on your face. "There had to be a reason he attacked your monastery specifically, and if that sword is the key to his defeat, it's likely that's what he was actually looking for. Even if it was mere coincidence, he's captured many of your former sisters, so he must have learned of its existence by now. That means he would have torn the place apart looking for it. He won't have found it, so he'd have to assume that someone got away."
You slump back in your seat, feeling a terrible weight upon you. Indra has laid the threat bare, just like that. "It's far worse than you say." You'd barely thought about the aftermath of your flight from the monastery. All of your attention since arriving here with Indra was focused on the daemon spawn growing in your womb. "Our War Mother gave me the sword herself. She charged me personally with my quest. She was wounded. She would certainly have been captured and corrupted by Thoros by now. He will know who I am, and he'll know where I was headed. He'll even know the gods damned horse I'm riding."
You turn your head to stare into the flames, while Indra leans her forehead against your legs, her intention to pleasure you forgotten amid the pall cast over the room.
After several minutes, you hear Indra's voice again, "Deliver the sword to Gerlangen."
You stifle a laugh, eyes still locked on the dancing flames. A moment passes before you look down into Indra's face, her eyes full of conviction. "That is where Thoros expects me to go. By now, his minions will have spread throughout the Blauwalt and infiltrated Launsdorf. Even if we can possibly make it to Gerlangen safely, the paladins of the Burning Rose will kill me as soon as the sacred wards of the Abbey reveal my new nature."
"And yet," Indra responds, "what other way can we escape the daemon lord's shadow? As far as we know, The Burning Rose is not hunting you, but Thoros is. The enemy of your enemy is your friend, no matter how distasteful that arrangement may be. We will deal with the paladins at Gerlangen when we arrive there. Our other options are to deliver the sword to Thoros as tribute and hope he allows us to go our own way peacefully, join him, or run."
She doesn't need to ask the question... where would you run to? If the holy sword can defeat Thoros, he will never stop hunting you until it is in his grasp, no matter how far you were to flee. And you dare not abandon the sword - though a daemon yourself, it may still be your best means of protection, if not as a weapon, then as a bargaining chip.
So what will it be? Resume your quest to Gerlangen, go to Thoros, or something else?
