The sun is starting to set, and their mother hasn't returned yet

"Psst. Katie. Wake up."

Katie, laying on her back, opened her eyes to find Emily standing over her. Emily's face looked concerned. Above her the sky was tinted a fading orange, and the moon was very nearly visible.

"What time's it?" Katie asked as she reached up and stretched her arms.

"About an hour until sunset, and mom hasn't come back yet."

A pang of concern shot through Katie. The memory of her mother leaving with the boys slowly crept into the forefront of her mind, and the fact that she hadn't returned yet was a bit of a worry. Then another pang of concern went through her. She was aware of a towel pressed up against her back and behind, but she couldn't feel any sort of material between she and it...

She gave a scream of panic as she remembered she was naked.

"Come on, let's get going back to camp." Emily ordered.

Katie climbed to her feet and covered herself, and quickly began to look around to see if anyone was watching them. She gave a sigh of relief as she realised they were alone. She turned to find her sister stuffing their towels into her own bag.

"Hey wait, I need that." said Katie.

Emily gave her one of her cheeky grins. "Oh? Then why, might I ask, did you choose to sleep naked when you had a towel this whole time?"

Katie blushed. "I... I didn't think of that, alright? Just... please, just give it to me now."

"Nuh uh. That'd be too boring, I think."

After one quick look to make sure everything was packed, Emily slipped on her shirt and shorts and began to head towards the forest.

"That's not the way." Katie told her.

"What? Yeah it is. This is the way we came."
