The servants prepare her for her punishment

“Margaret, please prepare our young spitfire.” With that Mr Bartlett turned away, busying himself with the contents of a long case he had brought with him.
Victoria meanwhile found herself held by the two footmen, each holding an arm, and facing Margaret. Margaret quickly began by unfastening Victoria’s skirt.
“Margaret – what are you doing? Get your hands off me Ohhhh Mr Bartlett I must protest! “
Mr Bartlett ignored her protests as Margaret removed first her skirt, and then her petticoats, before beginning to unbutton her blouse. As her blouse was removed and Margaret began to unlace her corset, Victoria began to suspect that Margaret and the footmen had done this before. Soon her corset had joined her other clothes, and Victoria stood in just her chemise, drawers, stockings and ankle boots, blushing uncomfortably as the footmen examined the shape of her body beneath the fine linen.
“Over here, I think, if that is suitable Sir?” said Margaret, indicating the ornate reading desk in the centre of the library.
“Yes, that will be quite suitable, thank you Margaret. “
The footmen dragged the still protesting Victoria over to the desk, and without relinquishing her, **** her into a position so that she was bent over at the waist, her breasts crushed against the solid oak, and her bottom pointing upwards. With her held like this, Margaret came over behind her, lifting her chemise and fastening it up around her waist, and, then, with a slowness that indicated that she was enjoying Victoria’s discomfort, began to unbutton her long drawers. When the little pearl buttons were all undone, Margaret slid the silk drawers down over Victoria’s bottom, to sniggers from the footmen, and allowed them to slip down to pool around her ankles.
