The secrets unfold

You return to the house. Knock exceptionally loudly, not to interrupt anything.

Padmé (opening the door): Welcome back! Why were you knocking so loudly? I have given you a spare key, haven't I?

Lana: Yes, well...

Ahsoka: Drek has forgotten it in his room!

Drek: Yes, that's what happened...!

Padmé: Anyway, come, I have prepared some dinner for you all!

You enter the living room and sit around the table after you have had dinner. Padmé and Anakin aren't with you yet. Drek sits on the couch Anakin was seen fucking Padmé.

Drek (whispering): Oh boy, I have a very bad feeling while sitting here now...!

Ranvi (whispering): You got what you deserved, why did you have to put those cameras in the house the first place!

Drek (whispering): I wasn't expecting to see anything like this, okay?!

Padmé (entering the room with Anakin): So guys tell me, how was your tour in Theed today? Did Drek show you everything worth seeing in the city?

Lana (sarcastically): Oh yeah, he was showing us everything, more than we could have hoped to see!

Ranvi (coughing): Yes, that is a way to say that...!

Padmé: What do you mean? Where were you? Did he show you the royal park? That place is really amazing, I know!

Ahsoka: Yes, the park! It was beautiful, I agree!

Padmé: I am glad you had such a good guide as Drek!

Lana: Yes, we are happy we had him along the way to show us the secrets of Naboo...!

Later that evening, during the talking session there is a silence in the room when you run out of topics to speak of.

Padmé: Drek, tell me. Have you told your friends who your soon to be wife is?

Drek: No, not yet... I had thought it could wait until the wedding...

Lana: Really Drek, it should be time to share this with us!

Ranvi: Yes...

Padmé: So nobody knows this so far...?

Drek: No, only a few... It hasn't been publicly announced yet, so I wasn't going to be the one to spread the news.

Lana: But we are your friends Drek! Come on, let us know! Do we know her?

Ranvi: Lana, of course we don't know her! We basically don't know anybody from Naboo...!

Padmé: Drek, it is time to tell them. You can't hide the truth forever...

Drek: Alright, you are right Padmé... They deserve to know. And they would have found out soon anyway.

Anakin (blinking at Padmé): Even I wonder now who could be the special one to marry a Jedi!

Drek: Well... You all actually know her... My soon to be wife is no other than Senator Padmé Amidala!

Everybody in the room in shock: WHAT?!

Anakin: Drek, that wasn't a good joke, you have made it too believable besides...!

Padmé: Anakin, this wasn't a joke... It is true...

Anakin: No! Padmé, it can't be true...! How could it be...?! You can't be engaged...!

Padmé: Anakin I have never mentioned to you, because I had thought it would never come to be but... I had been engaged to Drek in a young age... Nobody knew of this, only Drek, I, our families... Queen Neeyutnee has been told of it, as she is going to be the most important guest at our wedding... Our families agreed that it would greatly profit both parties to have this union... His family gained political influence, while his family supported my family financially... I don't come from a wealthy noble family... His parents helped financing the elections to ensure I was elected queen... The plan worked, I was elected queen once due to their assistance and political bribes... But I was reelected due to my accomplishments! But nobody can become a well known person from nothing in a day...

Anakin: You are the one telling ME that?! I was a **** boy, who became a Jedi! I am the example of how one could break out of the nothingness!

Lana (thinking): This isn't the right time to tell Anakin the whole story of how he was freed... Maybe an other time... Let's not fuel his anger any more...

Padmé: Anakin, please understand that it was...!

Anakin: No, you should understand this...! How could you do this with me?! You knew you were engaged the whole time, yet you...!

Padmé: Anakin, not in front of them...!

Lana: You can say whatever you were going to say Anakin... We all know...

Anakin: What...?!

Ahsoka: It is true master... We all know of your relationship with Padmé...

Anakin: How did you come to know about it...?

Padmé: Anakin, does that really matter now...?

Anakin: Yes, it does! All of a sudden you just tell me you are going to be married and our whole life together has been a lie...!

Padmé: That wasn't a lie! I love you Anakin! I was hoping there might be a way to prevent this marriage with Drek... We were both trying to find a way, but there simply wasn't any...

Drek: It is true Anakin, I have no desire to take Padmé from you. But there simply isn't a way to reverse this situation...

Anakin: But you can't marry him...! You have already married me all those years ago...!

Padmé: Oh Anakin... That was just a small formality, that's not an official marriage... We were standing by a lake while a priest was with us... Our two best men were C3PO and R2, both of whom got their memories whipped the next day!
