The ride home.

Walking out of the store went smoothly all things considered. Rubys snake tail hung by her side watching everything and me with a creepy intensity. When we came to my old ww2 military jeep I looked at ruby with a smile and asked " uhh I didn't know what would happen so I guess I didn't pepaire properly sorry..." she looked at me with a smile that would rival the sun and she just shook her haid and replied " it's ok your here."

The ride wet well and when we entered my driveway I go out and helped ruby out of the jeep. After kissing her on her hand earning a smile and embarrassed giggle. As we turned we looked on my " house " it was an old military base that my family had aquared during the civil war and had repurposed into a large family compound with all modern necessities equipped. After drive through the gates and up to the large mansion I took rubys hand and took her inside and asked her while she gazed around the foyer "what do you think?"
