The reveal

Several minutes went by and no sign of Michelle. Vanessa waited until finally the two came out of the cellar. Vanessa’s jaw dropped as she saw Lauren for the first time after her makeover. Her long brown hair was straightened smooth. Her freckles were made as more of a highlight than a flaw. Her face was smooth with absolutely no pimples or blemishes that could be seen. She still had her flat chest and big butt, but she looked slightly taller as if she carried herself with more confidence.

Lauren had the biggest smile on her face. And she actually looked happy for a change, genuinely happy. At least for those short 5 minutes.
