As she walked, Grace could feel the pressure inside her grow stronger, hindering her steps.
Removing that trunk from her intestines had been a relief for her, but it had also been a bad thing, because when she did not finish her business, the second trunk was pressed against her anus.
And as much as she wanted to, Grace couldn't poop in a nearby bush, because Jenny was still with her, and she would obviously see her relieve herself, and that was what she least wanted at the time. That would only give Jenny one more reason to annoy her.

—Do it yourself.
—I think you forgot our deal.
—Jenny please don't make me bend down.
—I said, pick up my pen.
Grace bent down as slowly as she could to grab Jenny's pen. But in doing so, the pressure increased on a large scale and a very bubbly fart escaped from her ass. Grace blushed heavily and picked up the pen quickly, handing it back to Jenny.
—Thanks, babe. And I hope your panties are clean, because that fart sounded really bad.
Jenny returned to her writing, but Grace could not return to hers. The pressure was unbearable, and it did not allow her to move well even to write.
Grace was in a very serious bind, and she didn't know what to do next. She refused to shit in front of Jenny, but she knew she wouldn't be able to hold on until the end of the tour.
And if she didn't decide what to do soon, her body would decide for her.
