The power of Love is a curious thing.

It took some time for the League to get ready and dressed in fitting clothes just so they could get into the Javelin again. The lingering effects of the white light still lingered in their systems; their bodies were still built athletic and endowed, making them all the peak of their physical health, but at least now they could think straight. Strapping themselves into their seats, Wonder Woman had followed her mother’s requests and only invited the women of the team to come with her to Themyscira. Leaving the Watch Tower and setting the co-ordinates for the paradise island of the amazons, Diana looked over her shoulder to check on the others.

Karen and Kara sat hip to hip with each other, sitting together like twin sisters as they both looked out the window. It was quite uncanny to see that the white light had made them both very healthy and VERY identical. Long legged, curvaceous and amply endowed, the twin blondes could only be distinguished by the length of their hair; with Kara’s being long enough to flow down her back and shoulders while Karen’s was cut to drape just short of her neck line. Zatanna and Black Canary sat across the two, so curvaceous and athletic they shifted in their chairs, still unused to having wider hips, full thighs and such large breasts. Thanks to Zatanna she had magically changed their clothing to fit their new figures and dimensions. But even so the rest of the team squirmed and shifted in their seats, even Diana could not ignore the plume of warmth that spread up from her loins up to her chest. It had been hours since the… Orgy, and yet even now she craved the touch of Barry, of Bruce, Clark, even Johnn.

Shaking her head and controlling her breathing, the amazon princess regained her discipline and guided the Javelin towards Themyscira’s shores, a flight that felt far too long for her tastes. When they got there, they were in for quite a sight as the island had changed. A powerful violet glow was ever constant from the palace windows, and even the light posts and torches that lit the streets and buildings gave off a soft violet hue. Landing in the main streets of the palace promenade, the Javelin opened its forward canopy, and the women of the Justice League stepped out to find the plant life in full bloom, but all the flowers that were once blue and red and yellow had all become different shades of violet and purple.

The Amazonian royal guard approach to greet them. Falling to one knee and stamping her spear on the cobblestone road, Artemis hailed as the leader of the armies and greeted her princess. The rest of the armies kept their eyes on the palace or the skies as if they were searching for something.

“Greetings Artemis, I received word from my mother that the island was in peril.”

“The island is INDEED in peril! And our Queen is the source of it!” The fierce warrior spat as she returned to a combat stance and turned her attention to the palace when a roar called out from the heart of the island. Looking towards her home and sanctuary, Diana and the League gasped at the sight of a massive creature leap out of the palace and take to the air. A dragon with a wingspan as great as a foot ball field circled and flew over the island, its scales shimmering like a sea of amethysts with violet plumes of fur that crowned its horned skull and down its back. Landing before the amazon armies and the justice league, it gave of a sensation of… love, pure and unadulterated love and affection that seeped into everyone’s being. For the women of the League it felt like they were in the arms of those they cherished most, as if the emotion was something they could wrap around themselves like a blanket. Looking over to the other amazons, they squirmed and shifted, uncomforted by the sensation, as if they believed it to be a trick. The women were prepared for anything as the massive creature sized them up. That was until it spoke.

“My daughter! It pleases me to see you here at last, I have become… Changed…”

Despite how deep and powerful the voice of the creature was, Diana easily recognised it as the voice of her mother. Slowly approaching her, Artemis brought her spear down to keep Diana from approaching further. “BACK my Princess, that is no longer our Queen!” Artemis hissed, glaring back at the violet dragon as it reared its head back, looking almost hurt by the act. “Our Queen has been possessed! Possessed by some twisted monster that pulls at our deepest longing.”

Looking down at the armies of the amazons and the rest of her people slowly coming out of their homes to look up at the dragoness. Hippolyta closed her reptilian eyes and sighed. When she had done so, her flesh turned to a violet smoke. When the mist dissipated, Queen Hippolyta stepped out for all to see, human once more. Yet even as she was, she still looked changed. Her robes: once white as the clouds were now a bright violet, and her golden jewelry were now platinum with the most sparkling of amethysts in her crown, necklace, earrings, and bracelets. Her hair had become a dark purple and her eyes glowed a soft violet light as she approached her people and smiled warmly to her daughter. Her physique had also changed, becoming toned and healthy yet sporting ample hips and a fuller chest that tented the top of her robes to fit her now G cup breasts. Grasping a polished staff of pure platinum and encrusted in amethyst gems, the Queen of the Amazons looked down at herself and smiled.

“My daughter, I have become something, something wonderful, even now when I breath and close my eyes I sense… Love.”

“LIES! She is a monster! You are NOT our Queen!” Hissed Artemis, keeping her guard up as the rest of the royal guard who shared in the same view came behind their General and maintained their guard. Ignoring them, Hippolyta approached her daughter and hugged her warmly, her smile widening as she felt her daughter do the same.

“What is this mother? There are Violet Lanterns orbiting the Earth over our very skies watching us, watching you.”

Closing her eyes, Hippolyta smiled, the same wise and maternal smile she maintained as she turned her attention skyward. “I… I am infused with the violet lantern core… No… I AM the lantern core, I am the aspect of love incarnate, the violet dragon tasked with spreading love and empathy across the cosmos.”

“MORE LIES!” Roared Artemis, furious and threatening. “You have possessed our Queen, get out of her!”

Blinking back at the warrior, Hippolyta retained her soothing smile. “I am the aspect of love… And yet I am also still the Queen of the amazons, I have not been possessed or taken over, I have been made more.” Turning her attention back to her daughter and the rest of the League, the Queen shifted from seeing her daughter the Wonder Woman to the others. “I must say, you all appear more… Healthy last I’ve seen of you my daughter, I take it you have been exercising in man’s world?”

“It… Is a complicated story, one I wish not to discuss, but a being of incredible power has arrived, one named Eternicus, the…”

“The white drake, the dragon of life, I… I am his daughter.” Hippolyta nodded to herself, new memories flowing into her mind. “I take it you have already experienced his power firsthand. He is fickle, but his intentions are always to promote life.” Sniffing the air, Hippolyta’s motherly smile become almost a coy smirk. “So, tell me my daughter, which of the men I smell off of you was better? The one who smells of wheat fields? ‘Sniff’ the one who tastes of storm clouds or perhaps ‘sniff sniff’ the sad one who smells of the rain?”

“You mean… You know about…” Seeing her mother nod, and blushing hotly from the admission, Diana felt self conscious before answering, but knew she couldn’t keep a secret from her mother. Being as descreet as possible, Diana slowly answered. “Well, Barry was… Sweet, Clark was so gentle, yet aggressive… And Bruce, there are so many layers to him, he appears gruff and intimidating but he’s just…”

“Wait a minute…” Spoke up Dinah, a blush on her face as she quickly pieced together what she was saying. “Are you telling me you can SMELL what we did in the Watch Tower?!”

Turning her attention to the blonde woman, tugging at her jacket to cover herself, her reply was a simple nod and the Queen tapping her nose. The rest of the ladies quickly blushed that their tryst was so easy to determine by the dragon in human form.

“DEMON! SUCCUBUS! Our Queen would never say such things!” Roared Artemis, the rest of her forces voicing the same protest as the League circled to defend the queen and protect her from the dissident amazon forces. Suddenly a sonic boom could be heard from the sky, just as Superman arrived and hovered overhead before joining the League. A tired look in his eyes but one that looked determined to help as best he could.

“I got a message from the Tower that you went to Themyscira to investigate the purple light, I came as soon as I…”

“INTRUDER! A MALE INTRUDER UPON OUR HOME?!” Roared Artemis, her eyes livid. “YOU HAVE BROUGHT CALAMITY AND DOOM UPON OUR ISLAND PRINCESS DIANA! YOU’RE INTERFERENCE IN THE PATRIARCH WORLD HAS BROUGHT THIS TO US! **** TO THE MALE! **** TO THE QUEEN!”

“Enough!” Hippolyta simply spoke, pointing towards Artemis who gasped and dropped her spear and shield, her eyes glowing violet as Hippolyta filled the streets with her purple light, a warm sense of empathy and love filling the island and making everyone gasp. “Your anger and hatred have blinded you, your paranoia has poisoned you and your narrow mindedness has diminished you. You have closed your heart of love for too long my sister, I ask that your heart open to see more to what you have blinded yourself to!”

When the light diminished, Artemis blinked and stumbled forward, rubbing her forehead before her attention fell back on Superman.
