"Excellent choice, baby," The comforting voice praises. "Now it's time to step out into the world! I think the others will love you." A gleaming projection of the changing table appears in front of you. "If you need me, I can be found anyplace that has a changing table."

The wall near the chest starts to glow, before an intricately carved wooden door appears, and it cracks open. You plod over to the door and grab the handle, pulling it open, and seeing what looks like a little town square in front of you. You step through, and the door disappears behind you.

You look around, and it looks like this might be one of the places you saw in the title screen. It's a fairly small, but clean and ornate with a fountain in the middle.
