The next morning

I woke up in a sweat. I checked the clock. It was 6:36 and I had only a few minutes until my alarm went off so I decided to get up. I was still trying to make myself believe the night’s events were just a dream. I got my stuff ready for school. After a quick breakfast I grabbed my backpack and headed out the door. “Good morning Tskune.” A loud and close voice said. I jumped with a start. Kaidae giggled “I thought you were used to my morning greeting by now.” She said. “Sorry Kaidae I just had a rough night that’s all.” She raised her eyebrows and thought a moment “Ohhh I get it.” She winked and nudged me. “So what’s her name?” She asked smirking. I blushed although I knew she always teased me like she always did about girls. “It’s not like that!” I protested even though she had no idea how right she was. She laughed and gave me a playful shove “You know I’m just teasing.” She smiled and then got a sly look on her face “because I know you would never cheat on me.” I rolled my eyes. “Keep dreaming.” I said. I had to admit, thoughts of me and her together had crossed my mind. Even if she was a bit tomboyish she was really cute with grass green hair, dark purple eyes and athletic figure. She always wore her green fingerless gloves even to school that matched her dark green school skirt. She had on a white hooded jacket with a zipper and yellow along the sides. She had lots of little key chain animals on her backpack she was obsessed with for some reason. She was cute but I hadn’t asked her out because I had wanted to keep our friendship. She feigned hurt. “I know you don’t mean that.” I was still flustered but said “We should be getting to school shouldn’t we?” She sighed but got a sly look in her eyes. “Or we could always skip school, and go make out at my place.”
