The next Monday

-So, I kissed her, and that was it!- You said to Marcus and Sheyla at the school, during the lunch break, with Kathy at your side, holding your hand.

Kathy's mother's name was Rebecca, she was a tall woman in her early 40s and was great friends with your mother since they grew up together and even got to play on the school's volleyball team, she had fiery red hair and is almost your mom's height, at 6'2.
