The nearest store

I decide to look in the nearest store where I bought all my food just before I hid in my shelter. I remember all of them laughing at me, mocking me for warning them that there was a deadly virus that would kill them all.

Its only a short but painful 10 minute walk to the nearest store. I walk past all the blood and bones everywhere, trying not to look but everywhere I look there seems to be dead bodies. Everywhere.

I enter the deserted store. There's nobody in the store but I see a radio. I rush over to the radio praying that it would give me some hope of where other people were. I turn it on and start fiddling with the knobs seeing if I can pick up a station, any station. Finally, after a minute of searching a find a station. "Any survivors. Calling all survivors. Head to Chicago train station."
