So who did klarion go to see?
The monks
Klarion watched high above, enjoying the chaos going on below him. Off in the distance thunder rocked mountains, and red lightning seemed to be hunting, closing in on them as it struck the ground again and again. A god of thunder and lightning had descended and had declared those below to be tainted for the new golden world.
Their reactions were what gave Klarion such great amusement. Some wanted to go to the clouds and face the judgment that had been declared. Others denounced the roar of the clouds above them as imposters and not the true judgment of their gods' prophecy. Others still did not seem to care one way or the other and just wanted to get everyone to safety.
The chaos unleashed was massive as their faith was tested, and their reaction to what was going on caused even more reactions and decisions in response. It was anarchy introduced to a community that has been stable and safe for centuries, no doubt. Klarion was enjoying every moment of it. "Look at how the ants run, Teekl!" He said excitedly to Teekl, who hissed in response.
"Yeah, yeah, I know." Klarion said in response he double-checked their SIN dusk to be sure of no interference. While he was doing that, he heard another hiss from Teekle. "What are you talking about?" Klarion asked in response, confused till he looked to where Teekl was pointing one of her paws. Klarion saw what she had been hissing about.
"Oooh!" Klarion said excitedly. "Looks like our friend hasn't just been busy but has been getting creative as well. " Klarion said happy at the sight of Condiment Wizard's cloud angels that filled the air with angry static as they flew around and struck the ground with their red lighting, adding to the damage that Condiment Wizard was doing to the mountains.
For a little while Klarion and Teekle just took in the destruction and chaos going on around them. Then Teekl began to notice something at first: the cloud angels had been moving in a general area around the Condiment Wizard's storm cloud head. Now though, two small groups of cloud angels were breaking off and heading in two different directions.
She hissed her observations at Klarion, who responded quickly. "While it seems our friend's toys are going on a scavenger hunt. Let's see what they're trying to scavenge." Klarion said following after the first group going northwest. It was a short trip by air, and the end point was a bit boring as the cloud angels were slamming and shooting red lightning at a magical shield. It would be interesting to find out what was hiding underneath, but he'll check out what the others are up to too.
So going in the opposite direction, following the other group of cloud angels, Klarion soon comes to the other destination. He looked surprised at what was happening below him. The cloud angels were chasing, having fought a race of one-eyed people. They'd been hidden by one of the hidden mystical valleys of the Himalayas. They should have had no problem, but they did.
These one-eyed humanoids had great technology, somehow able to turn intangible and manipulate gravity at will. Though they were having trouble damaging the cliff angels in any real permanent way. So it was stallate with plenty of destruction. Lighting and boulders being thrown around like confetti at a birthday party.
"Our new wizard friend is just a giver, isn't he?" Klarion said, laughing in joy at the destruction brought upon a hidden people. Chaos was raining supreme in the Himalayas, and Klarion was enjoying every second of it. Teekle gave a car chuckle in agreement, enjoying the show just as much as Klarion was.
Cassandra Cain had an interesting childhood, learning the hand signs for "kill" in a dozen languages before learning the alphabet. Her parents had taught her to slit throats properly before she had learned to run. She had parents more concerned with making her the ultimate killer rather than raising her to be their daughter.
Her father, the assassin for hire David Cain, had taught her how to break someone's throat with one punch, and her greatest daddy-daughter moments had been along the line of pinning the throwing knife in the prisoner. He is the greatest lesson for her future on how to negotiate the most amount of money from assassination jobs. She never used a crayon but knew the most profit she could get from murdering a warlord and his entire family.
Her mother, Lady Shiva, wasn't any better. Though she supposed she was morally superior, as she had more loyalty to a cause and her subordinates than profits. So she beat Dad on that front, though she was more concerned with teaching her the twelve different ways to sail a human neck rather than helping her do her hair. Another point in her mother's favor was she did train Cassandra on how best to heal others.
Though Cassandra suspected her mother had done it more so that her daughter could know the limits of a human body. It's a lot easier to get information out of people if you don't accidentally kill them first. So all together she had a bloody child with even more bloodthirsty parents. The damage to her mentally because of this was great. She didn't speak for most of her life; in fact, it wasn't until Batman had taken her in that she even knew how to talk.
Her master's blessing had changed all that. She had never felt more like a girl than when she wanted to be on her knees for Master. She'd even learned what sexuality is, which shocked her deeply. As her childhood had caused her for so long to see the human body as nothing more than target practice, then later in life something to be defended. Now she understood the appeal of the female form and was eager to have a master appreciate hers.
Though to get that glorious moment she had worked to do. So she visited target after target, bringing those women that worked for themselves into working for the master only. The girl team of moth, tiger, silken spider, and dragonfly had all been turned into tools for her master use. She'd gotten a female copper head and the carpenter as well. None of them saw her coming, and by the time they'd notice her, they'd already worked for the same master.
She was currently with the carpenter, a woman that was hired to make all the villain liars in Gotham. Any time villains like the Mad Hatter or Joker needed themed lairs, they went to her partner to commission the project. She would then make it, and they'd both get paid a large sum of money. She'd been a professional getting the job done and keeping her mouth shut to anyone who asked her about the projects she had worked on.
Now she sang like a good bird. "Theirs's a trapdoor there on the left." The carpenter Jenna Duffy said to Cassandra Cain. She then let out a moan as Cassandra got more intense with how she touched Jenna's pussy. "Hmmm!" Jenna moaned out despite her best efforts trying to keep her mouth shut. Cassandra noticed the obvious and began playing with her body like they'd been lovers for years.
Cassandra looked over the indicated trap, double-checking it in her mind, thinking if the placement made sense with the plans she was looking at. They did as far as she could tell, not being an expert on architecture. "Good, continue proving your loyalty in usefulness, and you may be allowed to kneel at the master's feet." Cassandra said in a whisper that seemed to drip temptation into Jenna's ear.
"Of course I'll be the best wood bitch he's ever seen. I'll turn every building in Gotham into a strip club if he wants! I'll do anything." Jenna said, horny and desperate to both prove herself and satisfy her master with her whore body. Cassandra looked at Jenna as she came with the admission of her need for their master's dick. Cassandra smiled at her in happiness at her need to serve their master
"Good serve, master well, and you shall be among his inner circle of whores." Cassandra said, promising a bright and slutty future to her master's newest minion. Rather hopeful herself at the reward she'd get for bringing such a skilled minion under his control. The future seemed bright for the moment as she gathered useful tools for her master that he would find upon his glorious return to them.
