The meeting is set.

Sarah was drinking alone in her room when she got a message from Wallis. It had been hours since the end of the show, and she knew that she should have been asleep. She had a long day ahead of her, but it was almost impossible to sleep when the idea of the fact that she had gotten fucked in a public bathroom before a meet and greet with fans might get out.

The message lit up her phone. Wallis' name flashed at the top of her screen. There weren't many people with her private number, anyway, but it was "Tracked the photographer down. Set up a meeting. Office is in Seattle. We can postpone the show, fly out tomorrow to meet. Get this all settled before your break."

That made Sarah sit a little easier in her chair. There was a chance that she would be able to figure out everything before it even hit the small tabloids, the ones that nobody read. There was no better ending to a potential scandal than that!

Sarah breathed a sigh of relief and re-corked the bottle of wine that she had had delivered to the room. Looking at what was left in the bottle, she realized that she had drank almost five hundred dollars of wine all by herself in only an hour. She was honestly impressed, if more than a little bit shocked by her own abilities.

Seattle. Was that where the photographer had gotten proof of what she and Darien had been up to? We're they some hot-shot Culture writer from some Seattle newspaper, or just another paparazzo that made her living following people with bigger careers than her around? Sarah couldn't remember the last time she had been in Seattle, but the cities all blended together with time.

Well, tomorrow this would be settled, and Sarah could rest easy until then. There was no use staying up any longer. Wallis and Amity were probably in bed themselves, and they were old fogeys. She lay down in her bed in only a pair of panties and fell into a long and satisfying sleep.
