The local college

Now that you've tested the Sapphire on Erica and Ms. Owens and feel comfortable using its power, you decide it's time to really cut loose. And you know just the place to do it: the local college. It was only a 15 minute drive from your apartment complex, and with all the college girls on campus it would make a great playground for you to use the Sapphire to its fullest potential on complete strangers. You stop by your apartment to grab what you need to go out, then head to your car and drive to the college.

Thankfully, the drive is uneventful and you arrive at the college without trouble. You park in one of the visitor's spaces, then walk through the campus. Occasionally you see students going between classes as well as a professor or two. You eventually find a campus map posted by one of the main walkways, and stop to take a look at the possible places you could visit.

The two most obvious places to go would be one of the dorms or classrooms, of which there are plenty of both to choose from, but the athletic center and the library could also make for some entertaining situations. Alternatively, the cafeteria could be fun, though you would be a bit late for the breakfast rush. Or you could simply just mill around here in the quad and see if anyone walks by that catches your interest.
