The girls let Erica back in and let her get dressed.

"I can't believe that she really did it!" Sara squealed in excitement.

Lisa threw a towel at Erica, which she caught out of the air. "Wipe yourself off," she ordered as she walked back into the cabin.

Erica wrapped the towel around herself and sat on the stairs to the cabin and cried. Carrie tried to comfort her, but she slipped out from under her hand and told her she just wanted to be alone. Everybody went back into the cabin and let her be.

When she had calmed down, Erica went back into the cabin, too. Lisa was already asleep, probably dreaming of what she was going to do to her the next day. She found herself wondering why she had ever agreed to go to a place where there was no escape, trapping her with her tormenters for ten days.

She found her shirt and her bag on one of the beds. "Erica," Alicia called out to her. Erica glared at her and didn't reply. Instead she busied herself unpacking her bag so she could get some clothes on for bed. "Carrie is upset."

"I'm fucking upset," Erica snapped at her.

Alicia considered that for a moment. "You shouldn't go to sleep mad at us. Go make up with her. Don't punish her if the rest of us pushed you too hard."
