The girls hesitantly agree

“Okay, we’ll do it.” Amanda agreed, but only after I saw the hesitation on their faces, wondering if they could indeed finish everything in time, this told me all I needed to know, I was fairly certain that they wouldn’t be able to finish in time.

Ten minutes later, barely any progress had been made on the homework, not surprising, it looked like the girls had been severely procrastinating and delaying the completion of their homework.

twenty minutes and Amanda was actually nearing completion on her own work, not that it would do much good since the deal was to finish all their homework, not individually, but as a group, and while Jennifer was making good headway on her own work, Cameron was far from finished, even if she copied Amanda's work, she'd still take more than ten minutes to do it.

“A deal’s a deal, girls,” thirty minutes had passed, Amanda had finished her homework and tried her best to help her friends, but it was too little too late, I leaned back on the sofa where I watched their work and crossed my legs triumphantly, yes, it was a triumph over younger adults, but considering what they did to me, I will happily take it “You girls have to do whatever I tell you to now, right?”

I could see Amanda kicking herself for having exposed her intentions so early, she was starting to turn red both from embarrassment and from anger at having let this happen.

"I'm not gonna let you get away with making us do whatever you want, I'll just tell my mom and-" Amanda tried to threaten me, but being on the backfoot certainly didn't suit her, with confidence that impressed even myself, later on, I shot back:

"I think your mom is gonna be more disappointed at you than angry at me that you got yourself into this situation." I grinned, is this what Lisa felt like when she bossed me around all this time? I was beginning to see why she did it so often.

My retort, of course, shut Amanda up immediately and turned her an even deeper shade of crimson, now Jennifer and Cameron were holding back their laughter, yes, they were Amanda's friends, but girls like Lisa and Amanda had to stay on top to retain any respect they had with their friends.

"So what should I have you girls do?" I mused.
