The general nature of Futanari.

Futanari are naturally rare and notably unique among the variable sex, leading some to theorise that they are more like a mutation or intersex expression than another variation. One key piece of evidence in this is that unlike other vars, futanari cannot be transitioned by their testogen and estrone balances. Instead, a futanari exhibits essentially identical physical traits once they have expressed their variation, though their behaviour and certain sexual characteristics do change somewhat.

Another curious trait of futanari is their mercurial natures— unlike other variations, they are truly untethered from sexual and gendered patterns. Some prefer receptive sex, some use male pronouns, many use any pronouns, and they are, generally, extremely varied in their physical appearance. The only key commonalities in futanari are their penises and vaginas— the only variation to actually develop new primary sexual organs. They can even get pregnant and give birth.
